I've been very happy with the service and especially the technicians. All have been friendly, courteous and professional. I've had some issues with my a/c unit since it was installed, however, they have replaced parts and repaired it when needed.
Great response time! We got home Friday night from a trip and our A/C was dead. We called Saturday morning and Briton, the Gen. Mgr, came out within the hour. He talked straight to us without any pressure sales. He had his crew out Monday morning first thing. They were polite, efficient and very good at their jobs. They had us fixed up before mid afternoon with a new unit inside and out including an easy to use thermostat. I liked these guys and would recommend them to everyone!
These guys helped with my business system and brought a bunch of tools and all the equipment they needed. I hate when someone comes to fix something and then has to go get tools and parts and stuff. They showed up and got it done. Will use them again and recommend. Still going strong.
Briton and his team are very knowledgeable, communicative and available to answer my questions from the moment we needed service to the point of a new a/c unit. Irma was about to hit and he took the time to come over to see if he could fix it temporarily when it died to get us through the hurricane. Then stayed in touch to let us know as soon as the unit was available to install after the hurricane. Can't recommend them more highly than anyone else in the business.
We were out at our vacation condo and the AC had went out. So happy I chose Superior Service. They were fairly priced and I would definitely recommend to everyone in the area to call them for all your HVAC needs. Great customer service and were so easy to work with.
